Prepar3D v5 has significant changes with respect to supporting VR. It is currently the smoothest experience I’ve had in VR in a Simulation.

Below are my current settings as of the date on the graphics. I’m sharing for those upgrading and who may desire a starting point for tuning VR in P3D.
