Steps

• • • • Run Regedit
      • Add a Key
      • Add a DWord
      • Quit and Reboot

Run: Regedit

• • • • Navigate to
        • ComputerHKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESOFTWAREPoliciesMicrosoft
      • R-Click On the word Microsoft
        • Select  New / Key
        • Name It: (Cap P) Psched

Add the Dword

• R-Click in the open space on the right:
  • Select:  New / Dword (32-Bit) Value
  • Name It: (Caps Matter No Spaces) NonBestEffortLimit
  • Leave the value at Zero
• Close Regedit
• Restart your PC
